Hey Missing Middle Initiative,

I'll be honest: I didn't plan to message you. But after coming across your Substack and learning about the work you're doing around missing middle housing, I couldn't stop thinking about how much more visibility this conversation deserves.

From the outside, it looks like you've built something with real impact behind it: a platform dedicated to one of the most important and undertalked issues in housing today. The missing middle conversation, duplexes, triplexes, townhomes, and the policies shaping whether they get built, is exactly what communities across the country need more people speaking up about. And 3,800+ subscribers shows there is a real audience hungry for it.

What I also see (and this is where it gets interesting) is that with no visible bio and very little content showing up consistently, there is a gap between the cause you are championing and how effectively your brand is communicating it online. A movement this important deserves a presence that matches the size of the problem it is trying to solve.

I'm a social media manager and I work with real estate and housing professionals to help them build a consistent brand presence and content strategy that grows their audience and amplifies their message.

I don't know what time works best for you, but would you be open to grabbing a quick call with me so I can share a few branding suggestions and content strategy ideas for your organization?

Would love to hear your commentary on the situation in Vancouver regarding govt bulk purchases of unsold condos.
